HIIT under 10 minutes!

Get ready for a full body workout with our specially programmed sequence of exercises. Definately will give you a full body burn and keep your heart rates up!

This is a equipment free workout routine but would be good to equip yourself with a yoga mat. 

Exercise Sequence

  • Bodyweight squats
  • Push ups
  • Forward Lunges
  • Burpees
  • Quickswitch Spider Mountain Climbers

Each interval is segmented in 30 seconds with 10 seconds mini breaks in between. After completing the above set of workouts, there will be a one minute break before starting the entire set again. 

In this exercise video, we have sequenced in 2 sets but if you have the time and able to carry on for more, repeat the video again and exercise for maximum intensity!
