Intense home based exercises that are designed to set your heart pumping and help you burn fats! This workout is a combination of different versions of burpees and mountain climbers.
Remember to do your warm ups and cool downs at the start and end of working out. Keep yourself hydrated throughout the process.
Workout sequence are as follows :
- Monster Burpees
- Quick switch mountain climbers
- Burpees
- Bodyweight squats
- Quick switch spider mountain climbers
Each exercise interval is timed at 30 seconds with 15 seconds interval breaks and a 1 minute inbetween sets.
