Boxing is an effective way of training reflexes and burn fats. In this new boxing series, we have prepared a intermediate boxing sequence suitable for all ages. Learn the footwork and punches to deliver yourself a great workout! Let's go!

Training Sequence

  1. Left & Right Hooks 
  2. Forward and backwards Jab - Jab - Cross 
  3. Jab - Cross - Left - Right Hooks 
  4. Jab - Cross - Left - Right Hooks - Left - Right Uppercuts 
  5. Forward and backwards Jab - Left Hook - Cross
