This is a equipment free workout routine but would be good to equip yourself with a yoga mat.
- Swtich Jumps
- Forward Lunges
- Sumo Squats
- Quick Swtich Mountain Climbers
Each interval is segmented in 30 seconds with 10 seconds mini breaks in between. After completing the above set of workouts, there will be a one minute break before starting the entire set again.
In this exercise video, we have sequenced in 3 sets in the routine but if you have the time and able to carry on for more, repeat the video again and exercise for maximum intensity!
