Workout sequence are as follows :
- Band Hammer Curls
- Band Squats
- Band Lateral Raises
- Band Bicep Curls
- Band Shoulder Press
Each exercise interval is timed at 30 seconds with 10 seconds interval breaks and a 1 minute inbetween sets.
