The Squid Game Workout

We have come up with a set of workouts that are easy to follow and home based.  Each exercise is designed to train the specific muscle groups to help power you through each squid game station! Let's train to become 456!

Equipment required include a pair of dumb bells or water bottles filled with water for weight resistance. Try to do as many repetitions as possible in each interval.  

Exercise Sequence

  • Squat and shoulder press
  • Dumb bell Front Lunges
  • Dumb bell Shadow Boxing
  • Dumb bell V-ups
  • Dumb bell Squat, Raise and Jump
  • Mountain Climbers Burpees

Each interval is segmented in 30 seconds with 8 seconds mini breaks in between. After completing the above set of workouts, there will be a one minute break before starting the entire set again.
